By accessing or purchasing from LJ Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or buying any of our digital products.

1. Use of our products

All digital products purchased from LJ Digital are licensed for personal, single-user use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or republish any portion of our content without written permission.

2. Intellectual property

All content — including text, design, graphics, video and downloadable materials — is the exclusive property of LJ Digital and is protected by international copyright laws.

3. Payments

Prices are listed in ZAR and may change at any time. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

4. Digital delivery

All products are digital. After a successful payment, a download link is sent to the email address used at checkout, normally within a few minutes. No physical items are shipped. If your files do not arrive, email luisjr.digital.za@gmail.com and we will resend them.

5. Refunds

6. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use our products in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

LJ Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
