Delivery Policy

LJ Digital sells digital products only. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping fees, couriers or delivery addresses involved in any order.

1. What you receive

Every purchase gives you access to downloadable files and/or online resources — templates, toolkits, guides and supporting materials — depending on the product you bought.

2. When you receive it

Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed you are redirected to a confirmation page with your access link, and a copy is emailed to the address used at checkout, normally within a few minutes.

3. Delivery method

Access is delivered electronically only, by email: right after payment you receive a download link for your files. You can re-download your files at any time from the link in your confirmation email.

4. If your files don't arrive

First check your spam and promotions folders. If your access is still missing 15 minutes after payment, email luisjr.digital.za@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your payment reference. We resend access within 24 hours on business days.

5. Failed or duplicate charges

If a payment is charged but no product is delivered, contact us and we will either deliver your access or issue a full refund to the original payment method.

6. Currency and geography

All prices are charged in South African Rand (ZAR). Because delivery is digital, our products are available worldwide with no delivery restrictions.
